well i am working in restaurant industry for 10 years and those kind of machine geting less popular!!
they usualy work with bag milk and here in canada they usualy more expensive then the milk at the grocery store so before you investe in that kind of cooler i sugest you to look at the price of the bag milk in you area
that might a good option but dont forget something the it can be tricky to clean well that why moste milk dispencer use bags that come white there owne spout so the cleaning is easy.
there nothing worst than old milk
Hmmm, I would like to know why you like this type of machine? Is there some issue you are having that this would solve? Just wondering.
Interesting unit. Looks like you put the milk of your choice in this dispenser. Jarred, is this for public dispensing or keep behind the counter?

Ive seen it in use at Buffets at several of the hotels I have been working with. People are filling their own.
Jerred,
I think what olivier is saying is that these are nice in that you don't have issues with sterilization and cleaning because you just throw away the bag. Does the unit you are refering to keep the milk cold?

I wish I knew more. I have only seen ones like this one. I have not used it myself and I didnt really pay that close of attention when I was at the hotel. Sorry I could not be more help.
If you have a busy shop and want to avoid the bending and twisting of the staff that will happen as they go through multiple gallons of milk you may want to consider a system like this.

We put them in all of our stores - it reduced repetitive motion, cut costs and was easy to use. The containers are heavy but it really worked well when you design the bar around making sure the milk cooler is in the right position.
Very Cool. I want a three station with 3 gal cans inside.

Thanks you all.
I think the silverking model is good but ill see if its easy to find it in europe.
The point for me is to buy 10 litre bags of milk bacause the price is better.
Price is a major consideration but for me, in a busy cafe setting the ergonomics of the layout, handling, in our case 1 gal. jugs many times a day adds up on the body. If I had the space I would design in these nice stand alone milk refrigerators. Counter level and fast for drink production. Very clean and a nice addition.
