I have received my free samples in the mail and they consisted of two small pouches of the Full Circle powder. This is plenty of sample to fully get the gist of the product as I figure that I can probably get maybe 6 - 8 uses per pouch utilizing my Pallo coffee tool scoop.

I usually use Joe Glo for backflushing and it seems to be working well enough, but one of the things that I have noticed is that the detergent does not dissolve very quickly. I was getting used to removing the portafilter after each flush sequence in order to swish the water and undissolved detergent in a circular motion in order to encourage dissolving. The Full Circle product, on the other hand, seemed to foam slightly as it immediately dissolved on the first flush cycle. I usually remove the drip tray grate to observe the output at the three-way solenoid valve. I immediately saw the effect of the detergent on the first try and I knew that the product was reaching all of the neccesary areas upon the onset. I removed the portafilter to verify that the product was dissolving and saw that it was nearly dissolved and that there was no need to keep inspecting for this. I did the remainder of the suggested five flush cycles, rinsed the portafilter and reflushed the machine three more times with just plain water flushes. Watching the output confirmed that three flushes were sufficient to remove all of the cleaner.

Overall I like this product. I was initially skeptical of a cleaner that touts itself as environmentally friendly yet has a relatively tough task to perform. The cleaner is better than the one I am currently using and the fact that the Full Circle cleaner is environmentally friendly just gives me a warm fuzzy! It's pretty much a closed deal; I'll simply continue to use this excellent cleaner.

Now my only problem is what to do with all of the Joe Glo I still have...

I am using Full circle milk wash now. I love this product. And I'd like to try Full Circle another products. ^^
