looks like you're getting a lot of your coffee from coffeeshrub, who i have a great respect for. if you're already clued in enough to buy great green coffee, why ruin it by shipping it ground up? it loses half its flavor 15-30 minutes post grind
ah, like they want stuff for people in various parts of the office to make in a mr. coffee without having to go to the kitchen. i get it.
if that's the case, just buy some cheap greens of whatever, make a "blend," grind and measure it, get one of those little vacuum sealers and use that. if they're doing it per pot i wouldn't worry about getting a one-way valve on the bags or anything. just some foil bags and a little heat sealer should do the trick. just make sure they know you're not claiming to be giving them quality beans with the pre-ground stuff. that's what i'd do.
or you can make up some complex explanation about how coffee loses its caffeine very quickly once it's ground. it might not be true, but it'll get them to grind it fresh :P
