Curious about peoples experience with pour-over bars. The housing is being built custom and will conform to whichever drippers/filters produce the best results... Has anyone come across glass drippers?  Comments appreciated and considered!

i've been using the beehouse large drippers, and i just get filters from k-mart (#2 bleached, 3.55 for 200). i have hario v-60s #2's as well, but they're a pain to dial in. i'd get the least breakable kind you can, i've broken 3 of the beehouses myself
Greg-

I think your best bet is to order up the Beehouse, V60 and BonMac (and even a Melitta) pour-overs and see which one you like best. Develop your bar around the device you're actually going to use.

At the new Spro, we use the TruBru 2 group brewing stand. It's simple, easy and clean-looking. We started off with the Beehouse and now the baristas prefer the V60. The design of the TruBru even allows us to use it as an Aeropress stand.
