Looking for grinding/roasting/packaging equipment (Vanuatu, South Pacific)
Hi, am a coffee grower in Vanuatu (Efate island) and we are establishing a processing unit to produce roasted/packaged (arabica) coffee... we need grinder, roaster (3 to 5-10kg per batch), etc. new or 2nd hand... Thanks. François.

You may want to contact Emmerich Grosch here in Hawaii. He specializes in small equipment and has lived/worked all over the Pacific. He knows about shipping and export/import problems more than anybody else I know. He has a technical, as well as a food industry background. Very friendly and not pushy at all.
