Yes, we simply said "no" to extra cash from decaf and focused all our efforts on traditional coffee :) Also, it may surprise you, there are no flavored coffees served. Just coffee as it is (with caffeine) + cappuccino or caffe latte. There is no right or wrong way—just different aims and goals. ;)

Well i just look in our pos and in the last 3 month we sold 856 Doubleshot of decaf at around 3.25 ea with is 2782$ and those customer would get anything if it wasnt for the decaf! our decaf grinder (mazzer mini) cost us 750$ and if you said that it cost a max of 600$ un supplie to make those drink well that juste make a extra 1432$ that you just say no to that extra cash.

well i understand the no fake flavour cheap shot!!i refuse to sell this crap i totally agree with you on that . it just like we said earlier in this post.. some can t drink caffeine (health problem) and it juste very nice to be able to serve a very nice decaf drink to those one who have probleme. in fact i would server decaf way before soy milk.. soy milk give a nasty taste to the coffee and it is very bad for you. but this is just my opinion.
