Hello all. It has been a long time since I have been on this site. Anyway, I am the process of opening a Cafe and Local Foods Shop as part of a social enterprise piece for a non profit in Albuquerque that uplifts local food systems and local food economies in NM. I am wondering if anyone had any references for predictions of monthly operational costs. I am having a difficult time projecting how much to anticipate for variable items like milk, sugar, etc. Thank you!
