Hey Jason--I am challenging a local coffee roaster to a cupping because they want to break into 3rd wave and they are not quite there with their roasts (over roasting)...told them I would bring them some stars of the coffee world to cup and compare....any suggestions? Want to bring a Barefoot roast...and some others...but I've been out of the world for so long I can't recall who else is good!! Help!
Hey jason---do you know the guys at Cafe Medici personally?? :) If so...would you mind putting in a good word for me? We moved to Austin (last move I promise)....and I'm searching frantically for a job....not having much luck....feels like a "who you know" kind of town.
Peace out--miss working with you and your beautiful wife!

Just a holla' from Colorado. I hear Micah is/may be working for you?? Nice catch. :)
We miss ya'll.
I miss pullen shots with you two. Best of luck.
Our next adventure is in Arizona...prescott to be exact...hopefully I find a good coffeeshop to visit.

Everything is coming together slowly. I am waiting to hear back from the Chamber, but I think I found a location. Thanks for your help!
Saturday.
Joel did not work in Bozeman. Although we, his parents, live there, all three of our boys relocated to their home state of CA. Joel lived and worked in Los Angeles for Tim Castle and Company. He wrote many articles for the trade magazines. You can catch a look at him with his company if you google Joel Starr Los Angeles, CA and clck on anything to do with coffee or electronica music.
Thanks for your interest.
