Jeff. I would strongly recommend ensuring you know what customers are thinking about your business as you open and as you develop. Don't rely on social media to do this as its too subjective - but do find a way to stop the 35% customer defection rate prevalent in this business. On site, real-time feedback is the only way to do this - and we have a great way, low cost to do it that is being used bu coffee shops and pizza chains in Portland, OR. Would like to chat - Matt
FYI.....depending on the roaster you choose to partner with, they can usually help with consulting and save you a lot of money (the expensive of hiring a consultant can be horrifying!).
