My friend and I have decided that we would like to start our own business in the city. We have begun hoarding various espresso equipment and running around government buildings to determine legalities. I was wondering if anyone has tried a similar venture in the City? How do you power your mobile machine? Has anyone ever used a machine with a propane conversion? Pretty much the plan is to run a cart on the weekends and do events as we can find them.
