It has been great to see so many people start new groups on the site. I will try to moderate these fairly of course, and if a group is up for more than a couple weeks with one member it may go bye bye.
On another note, you can add a Group now for your company. Start a group ... then invite your staff to join the group. You can keep in touch with each other, post news and events, etc. (plus, when your boss sees you on baristaexchange.com, you can tell them you are working :)
You can also set it so that only people invited can join the group if you want.
