I need some advise please. I am looking at this 11 year old Rio. (photo attached) 
I will be using it mobile/catering larger events, so will be plugging in/unplugging often. They are asking $3500. I trust the seller, so I am quite certain it's fully operational. Just wondering if this is a fair price and if this machine is okay for my type of business. Thanks in advance for your advise.
