The Roaster is currently in use and will be available mid July, 2018. Listed for sale due to a company buy out. The new owners have their own roasting system. 1,200 hours, meticulously cleaned and greased. No internal fires, and has never been abused. It currently roasts 350 Lbs. a week @ 19 Lb. batch size. Venting is not included in the sale.
