Hi Everyone
My name is Chris Tellez. I'm an eighteen year old barista and assistant manager at Espresso Post in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. I've been pulling shots for three years and am completely and utterly in love with the bean.
In November, 2009 I'm looking to leave Canada and find a cafe in the states that can help me perfect my Barista skills as well as engage me in roasting and everything else coffee related.
I am a dedicated hard working Barista and am looking to learn everything I possibly can. I recently acquired my American citizenship, so there is no difficulty when it comes to work legality issues.
Anyone who is interested in my idea let me know, I'm open to anything and anywhere, so long as I can gain an education and still make enough to avoid total starvation.. or atleast get free coffee.
