Almost 5 years experience behind an espresso mechine.

3 years of which has been spent as a shift supervisor.

And a years worth experience as an in-house trainer, all within an independant shop.

 

I became a I.A.S.C certified barista in 2007 and I'm a current barista guild member.

I've loved coffee since I first tasted it at the age of 3, and I'm passionate about sharing that love with customers and new baristi.
