My shop has been open for nearly a year - just about breaking even now and wanting to bump up sales a bit. I know it takes time to maximize. Even so, I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to get it going.
I've tried advertising (some success), press releases (good) and handing out gift cards (really good) - I'd love to hear what works for all of you!
