I would like to bottle and sell cold brew coffee, but I have a couple of questions:

  • How long can it stay good in a bottle?  This is my biggest concern.  Whenever we brew, it keeps well for a few days but the flavors begin to change after that.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Is there a way to stabilize - we don't want to use preservatives, but maybe there's an option I'm not aware of.
  • How to bottle?  All we know is that you have to use a licensed facility, which we are not.  Does anyone have any experience finding one?  Or maybe there's another option I'm not thinking of....

Any advice would be appreciated and thanks!

Cuvée is doing some interesting things with nitrogen fed kegs. Outside of that, I'm not super knowledgeable about bottling. I always thought if it was airtight, it would keep for a little while without preservatives.

Great question and I'm looking forward to reading more answers in the post.
