I'm lookin at gettin me a hot water tower, but I don't really want the cheap one featured on espresso parts. I found this guy:

It seems really promising, and I can get it cheaper than the listed price. My only concern about hot water dispensers is that they usually say, "200°F water within seconds." I think that's cool, but I would like it to be set to 205-209° because of the slight loss in heat when using a kettle. I've found sources that say 200°F and some that say above 200°F. Does anyone know if this would be sufficient for a pour overs/high enough temp? I don't think it can be adjusted, but I'd like to work with something consistent, but correct. I'm sick of thermometers and boiling water!
Does anyone know if this is a good investment?
I'm building a little "Brew-Bar" for myself, I want this.
