Hi guys, I have a question for coffee roasters if you're so inclined to answer.
I'm trying to determine coffee industry standards for commission rates for sales reps.
The best feedback I have so far is:
3.5% until Base Salary is covered, sliding up after that with a 10% cap after goals, etc. are met (based on Gross Sales).
Any other feedback?
