Trained with the Midwest Barista School almost two years ago, and I've been back in the coffee industry for almost a year now, most recently designing, constructing and managing a small cafe stall in our local farmers market.
I'm looking to brush up on my reading and wonder if anyone has good recommendations for coffee primers, coffee industry, that sort of reading!
Any suggestions would be awesome.
