There certainly is quite a bit of interest this summer in putting cold coffee on draft. Looks like these systems are using nitrogen to dispense the coffee, as it has less impact on the flavor. I've yet to have a glass this way, but I'm intrigued.

Here's one:

Fill one large cotton sock with coarsely ground coffee.

Tie off open end.

Steep for 12 hours in a vat of cold water. Size of vat dependent on size of socks used.

Lift out sock, squeezing to extract all available coffee liquid through the cotton pores of the sock.

Chill. Use as base concentrate.

Lightly carbonated. Fun and refreshing.

Interesting ill give that a try , thanks for the tip

.... I trust my post was read in the manner it was intended. :)

Theoretically it will work, but...

Note: best to use a clean sock. :-)

Any preference, tube or dress?? Used or new? And what do you do with other ( now unmatched) sock? Throw it in the dryer and hope it gets eaten too?
