Anyone have experience attempting to bring a cold brew (possibly with nitro) system into a non-coffee focused establishment? Say high-end bar/restaurant? Maybe into a local baseball stadium? Seems like the ability to easily offer a unique, high quality coffee beverage would fit in well but I haven't heard about it happening. Has anyone even seen this done?
I know there are folks who wish restaurants would carry better coffee - maybe this would be a good first step! As far as I can see this is a convenient niche to fill and the quality-minded roaster or coffee shop can be a supplier. What do you think would be some of the resistance that non-coffee places would put up? Would love to hear anyone's input!

Austin loves it and the demand for good coffee is high! We are a startup and began in a farmers market. We use Cuvee's, Black and Blue. It was our highest profit drink in the summer. Some of our restaurants in Austin are using it as well. Since we have more warm weather, it's a super alternative. I believe it would kill it in a stadium! Resistance? I think that depends on where you live.
