I want to deep clean my Joper 5kg roasting drum. I find that lately the taste of the coffee is a little on the charred side, even the roast is fairly light (just entering the 2nd pops).
I took out the front plate and that's easy to clean. But the problem lies with the whole drum and paddle blades. Any suggestion on how to clean this completely? This will be highly appreciated.
After cleaning, I will take out the airflow damper and install a 3phase inverter to control fan speed. Is this a good idea?
Every comment is appreciated.
Best regards,
Suksit.
