I posted once earlier about this, but my trip is around the corner and I've decided to broaden my inquiry from simply the Salt Lake City area to every state I'll be hitting.
I will be driving from the SF Bay Area to Lincoln, Nebraska, passing through Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. On my drive back, I'll be passing through Kansas (maybe), Colorado, southern Utah, and Nevada. Are there any local shops in any of these states or areas I should seriously take the time to see as a recommendation? Is there anyone on this site who has a shop in one of these areas? I'd really like to use this trip as an opportunity to broaden my horizons in coffee.
Feel free to send me a message; I may even be willing to drive out of my way to visit a shop in exchange for a free cup of drip :P.
I leave on the first of July, so I'd appreciate any replies before then so I could plot my route to accommodate any side-trips.
Cheers!

If you take I-80 running east through SaltLakeCity, UT then through Wyoming, please visit Coal Creek Coffee Co. in Laramie, Wyoming. We have two full service coffee-houses with professional barista staff, all hand-made from scratch baked goods, lunch menu and desserts. Ask for me and I'll buy you that cup of drip. John
Hey John,
I will definitely swing by your coffee shop, what are your hours?
I'd also like to say that I've been told that my initial post is worded in a way which comes across as rude or debonair; I truly apologize if so. I'm not trying to pander for free goods or services; I've never undertaken a trip like this before, and I'd like to visit a diverse selection of local shops. I'm willing to make a detour for a good macchiato and an invitation.
