I am getting ready to put an espresso machine in my church. There are aprox. 700 adults per service with 2 services (1400). we already have the coffee bar with illy drip coffee and are not adding the espresso machine. I have used a Rancilio class 8 in one of my coffee bars and am not using the Nuova Somonelli Aurelia. Not sure which way to go in the church. looking to spend 8000. any ideas
