I have two years experience in coffee. Currently manage a cafe in the Sacramento area but I'm moving to Vancouver. Very proficient with a semi-automatic espresso machine (I pull my shots, not the machine), mostly proficient at pouring latte art. I know how to operate a cash register and keep it balanced. I understand cash flow and other important business concerns. I've also done a little home roasting and have a basic understanding of that process as well.
