Trust you are all having a good Sunday:

Need some some insights and suggestions here. I am looking into getting equipment for a coffee shop ..for expresso, cappuccino and regular coffee. What factors should I be considering to guide my decision, any technicalities that I should be aware of and what kind of questions should I be asking? I have thought about leasing versus buying, new versus used; any pointers on those? 

Also, any recommendations as far as equipment goes and why? Did anyone go to the specialty coffee expo in Seattle?
