Currently writing up my BP for purchasing an existing coffee shop in which I have worked for 10 years.
I want to include features & benefits and would like any ideas of what to include or add.
So far:
Feature Benefit to customer
10 years experience Quick service
Quality pastries Home made goodies
Quality beans Freshest beans delivered wkly
Variety of milk Option for lactose intolerant
Just a few examples of what I'm thinking but I would appreciate any feedback!
