Hi! If your coffee shop sells flavored brewed coffee, what roaster do you use?  I have been using the same roaster for 8 years and just switched to Heart for my espresso and "regular" brew, but am still needing a distributor for flavors.  Thanks! :)

Since you're in Texas, I'd recommend Orleans Coffee Exchange which is based just outside of New Orleans. They have a pretty nice line of flavored brews, and I can personally tell you that some of their flavors can be HUGE hits with your customers. Bavarian Chocolate, Toasted Marshmallow, Southern Pecan, Jazzy Java, and French Vanilla were all favorites when I was working for a store that sold them. They also have a lot of great regular brews and stock syrups and other cool ingredients you might need.

Good luck!
