We currently offer free wireless access to customers. While we do have a few freeloaders,(sitting outside in their cars drinking DD coffee in unsustainable styrofoam cups),they are not my biggest problem. Many of the small coffee/bottle of water customers are staying so long they require electric to charge their computers. Yesterday I counted 5 solo people at 5 different tables at the same time with 5 different lamps/lights unplugged so they could STEAL my electric! I really wanted to turn the lights out and say I could not afford to charge their batteries and keep my lights on at the same time. What are you doing? can you help me? Thanks!
