    giving the beans a breather

Posted by kito on March 27, 2009 at 8:38am in Coffee & Roasting
wondering if, after roasting, do you store the beans in an open container, allowing for co2 dissipation for the 24-36 hour period before brewing coffee, or do you keep them airtight immediately? thanks
