I've used everything from Fetco to Stanley airpots and they all lose their vacuum seal, which keeps it insulated, in no time. At least in my opinion. I would expect pots of this price to last longer than 7 months. Is that unreasonable? How fast do you guys go through them?
I contacted the popular espresso supply company I purchased them from to see if this is normal and if they would replace them but I either don't get a reply to my emails or no call backs from customer service, like they promised. Looks like after 7 years I'll be switching my espresso supply company as well.
What is your guys experience with airpots? What brand have you found is the best?
