So I manage 5 coffee shops on my college campus and it seems like I have the same problems every year and no matter what I do I cannot get them fixed. I have a brand new espresso machine that was put in just over a month ago and already on Monday it was 95% clogged with milk product.
Any suggestions on how to keep this from happening? I have made a bar schedule of the best baristas I have that I know purge and keep the machine clean. Is that all I really can do? I am just at an end and very frustrated because I know the importance of keeping your equipment clean and running properly but passing that on to others is like trying to teach them rocket science.
Has any one else dealt with this?
