I'm opening a microroasting company and doing construction on the building right now. I was looking into a 2-kilo but I would love to have 5 or bigger. I want the machine to have data logging software or capabilities of having it installed. I'm willing to travel wherever you are to see the roaster and take it with me leaving a check or money order in your hand. I'm setting myself up for success in every way I can and I promise to love the roaster like its been mine all along. Thanks so much!
