Installing a bean probe on a drum roaster.

 

I have a 2k roaster and the bean probe configuration of the roaster is next to impossible to get in? 

 

Anyone have any luck installing a bean probe in a secondary location? 

 

Also has anyone had any luck bending RTD's?
