Just getting started!

Hi everyone! I am in the process of opening a Coffee House and would love to hear from the experts!!! We're about 4 months out--so we still have A TON to figure out. Any advice will be helpful! Favorite machines? Syrups? Chocolates? Menu items? Tricks of the trade? Do's and Don'ts! Please pass on ANYthing and EVERYthing!!!
