Has anyone answered your question for you?  My first time on BX in a year, ashamed to say.  Here's the URL for their operation instructions, along with FAQ:

Looks like a pretty simple adjustment/calibration.  Pages 15-17 have what you're looking for.  Not sure if you've done that yet, but the red marks on top of the burr housing (once the big plate lid is off, of course) will help you to calibrate your finest setting.  I must urge you to be careful if you use metal tools on the upper burr housing, as the teeth tend to bend pretty easily.
