I would like to ask of members, when was the last time you got a pat on the back, or kudos for a job well done, or maybe you didn't but went that extra mile to give that heavenly coffee experience. In this Industry,and in these times, I feel much energy is needed to spread the knowledge and appreciation for coffee, sometime we may or may not get it. If you know someone that went out of their way to provide service excellence let's hear about it so that we may give them some bean energy and praise, everyone need a lil pick me up!!!Yes this includes you, when was the last time you gave 100%?? I 'll start by saying just 2 days ago, I did a pan roast for a BED and Breakfast owner, that happens to be a flavor kind drinker, I roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and prepared it FRENCH Press Style, she was so Impressed, that not only did she compliment my style, but also offered me the opportunity to serve it in both her Bed and Breakfast, and host Coffee Parties..How Cool Is That!!!!1 kudo?...
