I was reading through some drink recipes, and I came across one for a mint lassi... Mmmm!
A lassi, for anyone unfamiliar with the drink, is an Indian yogurt-based drink. Popular flavors include the mango lassi, saffron lassi, rose lassi, and the mint salted lassi.. They can also be made with fat-free yogurt for the health-conscious customers.
Does anyone sell these in their shops? Have you considered selling these? If you've had them or are curious, would you buy one if it were on the menu for about the price of a smoothie?
