I am opening a Coffee shop in France and I am looking for information on feedback Ditting vs Mahlkonig EK43.

Indeed, I am thinking of buying and used Ditting (KR 804 or KR1403?)for pour over and a little bit of 250 g grinding for customers. As

I am planing to buy 3 porter filters 1 teflon 1 stainless bottomless 1 gage to compare the taste.

i would love to hear from barista that have used teflon coated porter filter baskets.
