Looking for a 3 Group

I've got a new location opening & Im looking for a good used 3 group. Have been leaning towards either a Simonelli or Marzocco. If anyone know of any good 3 group machines out there for sell, let me know. Also in the market for some grinders (Ditting, Mahlkonig, Mazzer).
