I manage a coffeeshop in Peoria, IL (central IL) and we're looking for either part-time or full-time help.
We are the areas only "third-wave" coffee shop and are looking to continue pursuing quality as we battle the midwestern (or american) mindset that bigger/darker is better. We roast our own coffee, have a pour-over bar, do chemex and french press, and make a variety of iced and hot espresso based beverages on our La Marzocco Linea.
