We are currently in construction on a new coffeehouse in central NC. The coffeehouse is the first business coming out of our business incubator as a main street type business needed in our downtown. We are currently looking for a Head Barista/Manager that wants the chance to become a partner over time.

Our goal with the coffeehouse is a bit more than just a coffeeshop...so we want people to know this up front. This is the first business being created as part of a downtown community hell bent to revitalize and grow our downtown offerings. When asked "what is your plan for this coffeehouse in a relatively small downtown?" my honest answer is, "I want people to pull up, look at the space and walk in thinking, "holy crap, how is this place in this little downtown...this shouldn't be here". Then, I want them to get a drink, seeing how seriously we take what we do, take a sip and think "seriously, holy sh*t, how is this place HERE?".

We're serious about our downtown and building a community, and that revolves around those "third places" like coffeeshops, good farm to table restaurants, and so on...and we want to bring on people who have that same purpose driven mindset and desire to be authentically awesome in everything we do.
