I currently own a crazy busy drive thru espresso shop in Wyoming. I am keeping to business going, but have to move to Idaho because my husband got a job there. I am looking for ANY opportunities in the coffee industry. I am very interested in roasting and have taken some classes, and have cupping and blending experience. I LOVE being a barista as well. I would love to work for a company that has the same passion for coffee that I do. I have been looking around the Boise area, and many shops aren't quite up to speed with the times and many are lacking proper techniques, and gross over-roasted coffee :( And I don't want to work for a corporate coffee chain. If anyone knows of any good coffee shops in the area that are possibly hiring, suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
