I am interested in a small batch destoner for a retail roasting environment. Seems all I can find on the market are for much higher volume environments. Anyone know if there is a producer of such a unit?
If not, I might have a machine shop fabricate one for me and I could probably negotiate a much better price if I were to order more than one unit, so is anyone else interested in such an item (probably built to handle 2-3 kilo's)?
