Hello to all of you coffee lovers out there! Let me be frank, I am a chef, not a barista and my cofffee knowledge is limited, but I would love to learn anything anyone wants to teach me about this wonderful ingredient. I am planning a culinary trip to Europe in late 2010 and would like to find people willing to give me a class o pay me for a short 'internship' so to speak...
