I am very close to opening my new shop. We are in a small town on a very bust state route. We will have a drive thru & very little inside seating. We are directly across the street from 3 schools and the only place to get an espresso drink for about 15 miles-go an extra 15 to hit a drive thru. I am wondering what are some of the things you all did not anticipate when you opened. You know that moment of -"Holy crap! I didn't see that coming?" We anticipate being very busy. The buzz around town is crazy. I've even had teachers call & email me asking when we're opening & I can't even go to the gas station without someone telling me they can't wait till we're open..
