I'm looking at beginning to roast coffee on my own. I've spent two years working for a local roaster and I'm wanting to begin my own business. Can anybody direct me towards some advice such as purchasing a roaster, green beans, and maybe even just a little bit of a 101 on roasting? I've learned a few things here and there working at the shop I've been at, but I really want to nail my own roast. Help???
