This new location has a slayer espresso machine, hario v60 pour over bar, hario siphon bar, the only BUNN trifectas I've ever seen in Southern California, a beautiful Kyoto cold brew system, and amazing single origin beans to make these brewing processes worth while. This place has spared no expense. I know they're hiring but they are being extremely particular about who the are even considering.
