Providence Coffee Society is holding the First of hopefully Many Professional Talks, wherein a coffee professional sits (or, potentially, stands) with a number of other professionals or enthusiasts and discusses a topic of their choice. It is a combination of lecture, discussion, casual conversation, and bull session. These talks are generally geared more toward coffee industry professionals, but are certainly open to the public. They are free to attend. We are very happy to announce that Rik Kleinfeldt of New Harvest Roasters will be speaking at our inaugural event, which is taking place Tuesday July 6th at 7:00PM, at Abe's, an awesome little tavern at 302 Wickenden Street in Providence, RI.
